Alex Yeah, this probably warrants a flip-through in a bookstore rather than buying blind.

Spent a few hours yesterday looking up Arab history books. I'm specifically interested in the Ottomans - I'm pretty well read up on the birth and expansion of Islam - but I don't mind a book that covers that too.
