Wow, such a quick read. I read it on the plane after finishing After Dark.
So. I get why the idea of this book is good, but it just doesn't work. It's too simplistic, occasionally factually incorrect, and even though it was published in 2008, the pop culture references make it already feel dated. I wanted to like it-- and it's the sort of thing I would give to a younger girl as an into, unlike full frontal feminism-- but it was just too blah.
