Yep, this book makes you hate a lot of aspects of our current government set-up. Palast does an amazing job of laying out just how many-splendored the way are The Man is screwing us. Sometimes the facts are just too damn much, but if you're willing to wade through it, it is still a riveting read. Just don't think you're going to ram through it in a weekend. Odds are, it won't happen. Just attack it a piece at a time. Maybe stop every so often, write a letter to your congressman or donate to one of the many worthwhile organizations listed in the back of the book. It's one thing to be pissed off, it's another thing to actually do something with the anger.
