King of the Road: True Tales from a Legendary Ice Road Trucker
by Alex Debogorski
by Alex Debogorski
Any fan of the History channel show Ice Road Truckers will recognize Debogorski as one of the drivers that has been on all three seasons. This is a biography of sorts of Debogorskis life that is sure to entertain those that enjoy the show. Debogorskis story may not be a complete story of his life as biographies go, however this is more a conglameration of stories about some of the more amusing antecdotes that are told in true Debogorski fashion. After reading his stories of growing up in the backwoods of Canada and his many "career" choices one can only marvel at the fact that this man has survived this far. For a fascinating look at a man that married his high school sweetheart, had eleven children, served as a lay minister and braved the ice roads of the northwest this book is sure to keep readers smiling.
