Another great book for this series. This book is about 14 years old spy named Alex Rider, who used to work for M16 (a secret government organization) who goes on vacation in France, but then gets caught up in an "accident" where he suspects Yassen (a famous assassin) trying to kill a journalist who is investigating a superstar Cray.
Later on in the book, Alex slowly finds out that Cray is not really a peaceful, loving, anti-violence type of guy. Alex finds out that Cray is doing this project (coded "Eagle Strike") that would send missiles towards major drug running countries. Alex then steals a flash drive that activates this plan, but have Cray kidnap Sabina. In the end of the book, he saves Sabina, and terrorize Cray's plans.

This is a great book to the addition of the series. The fact that Alex Rider is a 14 years old boy, the younger readers can easily relate to the character. The details in the story is also very well written. I can easily imagine a scene in the book with Horowitz descriptions. This is a highly recommended series!
