I readly did like this book it took me a mounth couse it was very long it had a lot of pages. I dont remember how many but to read this you have to have a lot of time on your hands. It was a little hard to understand at first but in the end it all makes sence. I read it beacause I was told that with my vocabulay I could understand it. I did understand but there were a few words I had to ask about. This book is old and in old books alot of the times there is big words but if you are and advied reader you should be fine. I though it was a little plane in a way. I hope for something more and never found it but it was a wounderful book that I recomend to all. By the way for thoses of you who are adults and the hole "big word thing" is tripping you up, I'm in 7th grade. I think you guys and gals can handle it. :) Anyway great book and I highly recomennd it. Enjoy!

Paula Hi Ashley, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Did you read the adapted version or the original full version. In my "'umble" opinion, the only one to read would be the full original. There you get all the richness of Dickens' subtle humour and hes heart. I just read chapter 27 where Joe comes to London to see Pip, and I laughed and cried all in one chapter. This writer gets to the heart of what's important in life - about real feelings/ not the superficial show (we can learn a lot from that nowadays...). God bless!
