Man I love this book. It can get a tiny little bit tedious, but totally worth pushing through. I feel like this book applies to Christians in all stages of life. For anyone considering missions this is a must read. It's amazing, knowing Jim Elliot's story, to read through and watch the way he allowed his life to be completely dictated by Christ. It was also nice to read as a young adult about a good example of a college student living a life sold out for God. I enjoyed seeing his relationship with Elisabeth play out and the way they were able to wait years for a clear sign from God that they should be together. They were in love, but their love for God was greater. How often do you get to hear about real-life situations like that one?
