Wow! Just wow. I'm not really sure what else to say. I had a really, really hard time getting into this book, and I'm glad for the reviews that warned readers to stick with it and get past the first 125 pages. I recently became a fan of Melina Marchetta after reading Finnikin of the Rock and was so excited to get a copy of Jellicoe Road. I was not disappointed! I now understand why Marchetta wrote the beginning the way she did, so readers, just go with it and keep reading! I promise it all comes together and everything get wrapped together in the end. I think it was around pg 200 that I didn't want to put this book down and stayed up to all hours of the night/morning reading. Loved it. Now I just want to reread it...
