Amanda's review of Bipolar Disorder: A Guide for Patients and Families
Bipolar Disorder: A Guide for Patients and Families (2nd Edition) by Francis Mark Mondimore
This is a well written, and easily read book. I'm reading it for school, but imaginge it would be helpful for anyone interested in this topic. It has good first hand accounts of dealing with bipoal disorder. And the author recommends a well rounded approach to treating it, from pharmaceuticals, light therapy, talk therapy, and even nutritional recommendations.
