I received this book as a giveaway from goodreads first reads program.

I had mixed feelings about this book. There were a couple of stories that I really liked. They were amusing, the characters were interesting and engaging and they were either thought provoking or funny. But a lot of the others kind of fell flat for me. At the end of the book I came away thinking my favorite thing about the book was the illustrations (which are amazing).

I'm not sure if I were a bigger time-travel fan I might have gotten more out of it, but again, I'm really torn because the stories I liked I loved. My favorite story was the one about the professor who traveled back in time to Main Street USA. I definitely can see using this book as a discussion starter for ethical issues, but unfortunately for me, there were too many stories I either didn't get or just didn't find that engaging.
