really liked it

Great for beginners, the experienced and everyone in between. You may know much of what's in here, but there is still plenty to learn from this book that you don't. Full of facts, but often presented in a fun way with a recipe or two that demonstrate how to use the technique. Great if you want to perfect your pizza dough, bread making, or learn to be a little more creative with your cooking. You could even learn to build your own ice cream maker out of legos! Finally someone explains the difference between stock and broth. Did you know that salt and acid counter bitter taste? Grapefruit - add salt. Kale - add salt or vinegar. Also includes interviews with chefs, bloggers, and food professionals. Good stuff!
