This hard cover book has sooo many delicious looking recipes. It has 10 different sections. Biscuits, muffins & scones, eggs, pancakes, soups, sandwiches, fried chicken, sides, condiments, desserts, and drinks.
I will definitely be trying the fried chicken and pancakes. the fried chicken is soaked in buttermilk first before frying. And the pancakes , you incorporate egg whites to make them light and fluffy. Everything has easy to follow directions. And pictures to show you what it looks like.
