I love revisionist fiction, and I love fairy tales, so of course I was excited to read Camille DeAngelis' novel. What an imaginative, cool take on "the witchy woman!" So fun, so smart, so unique. Would be great to read with your book group along with Hans Christian Andersen and other traditional tales of witches - you'll be able to see the amazing things Camille does with the traditional image of a witch.
