Will, a rangers apprentice and Evanlyn, a princess are separated when they are placed in slavery. Even though the work is hard, Evanlyn has the luxury of working indoors. I couldn’t put this book down! It was so hard to go about and do my everyday responsibilities with this book on my mind. I had it tucked under my arm or in my reach so I could pick it up when a spare moment arose. I LOVE this series.
