Probably the best of all in this series but could be because the chacters grow on you so much it feels like you've been with them in Big Stone Gap.

The dynamics are moving and insights are shared at almost every turn of the page. I really enjoyed getting to know Etta...what a beautiful soul. What mother or daughter wouldn't be touched by what happens in this story. It seems that the daughter is becoming wiser than the mom at times which was irritating or maybe it was that Ave still hadn't sold out to her husband by having a faithful heart.

There are many things that happen in this novel and it was wonderful to share in the experiences. I will be reading more of Adriana...she can tell a story like no other. Very relaxed yet so real the reader feels like they've moved into the same home with the characters.
