it was amazing

Onja Pederson joins the military and goes through hell during her training. She's too blasted good looking to be ignored by her male trainers.

This is the struggle of a girl who's goal-driven. Her determination to achieve her goals, no matter what the obstacles, is the main story and it's inspiring. I was taken on a wild ride from her training and then into space for a hair-raising series of combat assignments against huge odds.

It's also of a well-told love story.

I generally read a bit before going to bed, to get my head away from the problems of the day. I had trouble putting it down in time to get in a good night's sleep. I had to keep reminding myself that it would be there tomorrow evening.

An outstanding story.
