I quite liked this book. I read it in almost one sitting so I was enthralled. Kate is a courier with psychic abilities. She is also 'No Prey' which means that she is a equal with the Queens that rule the nests of the Herd. She is now wanted as a queen because of her psychic abilities but does not want to be taken over by one of the parasites that she would need to allow to hatch so that she can become queen. She meets a werewolf called Tom and they hit it off. Read the book. It is a series. It also has 2 authors. I wonder how they write so seamlessly together???
