it was amazing
bookshelves: young-adult, scifi

4.5 stars. Would have liked a more far-viewing end, but still some excellent work. I'm glad that this is a simplified version of The Windup Girl - the idea that we're really effing things up environmentally needs to be expressed to more young people.

Nailer and Lucky Girl are great characters, and the world is solidly imagined. I still can't get over the timing of this book - released just more than a week after Deepwater Horizon.
