I thought that this book was great, especially the main character. I loved the whole voting thing; it was great that what happened in the voting booth remained a bit of mystery. I especially liked how different this novel was, stylistically, from The Zero. My only complaints are that some of the imagery repeated between these novels, which I thought was a bit lazy, and I thought that there wasn't very good balance between the cop and the crook. The play back and forth between those two characters could have been much better than it was, at least in my opinion. I still had a great time reading it, though!

Roberta (Bobbie) Yes, you're allowed to do that! I just started The Zero, but I will restrain from any commentary because I'm only on page 23. I'm not allowed to love it yet.
