I've read a lot of rock bios and autobios. This is a hoot, but not particularly well written. We've seen a lot of Ozzy on the telly, but we don't ever understand what he says. The ghost writer on this one definitely captured Ozzy's attitude and turns a few good tricks imitating his vocal style. As for content, well, you can just imagine. If you are looking for a typical apology for excess and appeal for redemption about a bad life don't look here. Ozz knows he has a problem, but spent way too much money finding out what it is and paying someone else to fix it. Doesn't Sharon get tired of loading him onto luggage racks and carting him around airports? Still and all, it's only rock and roll and I like it, yes I do.
