it was amazing

One of my favorite plays of all time, and I think the comic masterpiece of Shakespeare's cannon, this bittersweet fable about finding the right person even when you're convinced you already know who they are is beautifully written from top to bottom. Unlike MIDSUMMER, there is no magic or faeries, but the uncanny coincidences and twisting songs of Feste the Clown create an atmosphere of mystery and miracle that carries the play to its deeply satisfying ending.
