The book talks about different ways that yoga can make you happier and healthier - it addresses stress, insomnia,aches and pains, relaxation, anxiety, weight loss, toning, skin, etc. For each situation Tara Stiles has included a sequence of moves - about 8 - to do. I also really like that the book includes "Intervention" stories throughout it, which highlight a person who had a change in their life because of yoga.
