As you'd expect from a book that collects Chomsky's interviews from just over a week after September 11th, his analysis is brief yet his answers are well informed. He remains strongly critical of US foreign policy, often referring back to past precedents (referencing actions in Indonesia and Nicaragua) to state that, whilst the attack on the World Trade Center was a severe incident, America is the main practitioner of terrorism, reacting to the guns being pointing the other way. It's short, repetitive in places but a worthwhile read for one man's view of foreign relations in 2001.
