These Christopher Moore books are like pieces of string cheese: they're tasty, they don't last long, they gratify without being overfilling, and when you finish one, you kinda want one more. I read this one today, though I was aided by insomnia early this morning and an unusual quantity of free time today (Thanks, Lulu!). I get the impression that it might be beneficial to read Practical Demonkeeping before reading this one (many of the same characters, including Mavis, who was my favorite from this one) though I'm sure it doesn't matter much.
