Read while in London which is where some of the action takes place. Great book that really makes you wonder who is watching and what information is out there. The traveler can "travel" to other realms. The Harlequins have to protect the traveler from the typical bad guys. The bad guys have taken the panopticon concept ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panopticon) from just a prison to a world-wide prison where every citizen is essentially held captive by information. Part of a series and definitely leaves you wanting more (and also leaves you wanting a movie, but please, no Keanu Reeves)
