** spoiler alert ** The Miracle of Mercy Land is one of those books I wasn’t sure I would like, but took a chance on anyways. I didn’t struggle to get through it, but I didn’t exactly feel compelled to follow the plot to the end either. It took me five days to read, and it wasn’t so interesting that it made me want to read any faster. There were some good points to the book and some bad points, but the bottom line is that it just wasn’t my type of story.
