I really loved this book. I especially loved how she laid out her plan but still allowed for ways to make it my own without speaking as if I would screw the whole thing up. My son hadn't slept through the night in over 7 months when I read this book. Within four days he slept through the night without waking once.

I appreciate that she has the book broken down into different age groups. I read other books that weren't much help if I didn't apply their theory from birth. With West's plan you can begin at birth up into preschool years.

Her sleep lady shuffle, though a great idea, didn't fit for me. It felt more cruel to my son to have me sitting there then to just leave the room entirely.

Overall, I highly recommend this book.
