The series is getting better and fleshed out in this second book.
What I really liked was how directly connected to the first book this one was. It directly continues the story from the first.
This is a series you'll want to start at book one...
What bugged me a little was the seemly light personal impact of the very traumatic events. If I had happen to me, what happened to the main characters I believe I would be much more emotionally impacted.
Maybe because they are young (30 and less)? Or so very damn busy just surviving that they are blocking and suppressing it? Could be...
