I read this on a plane and laughed out loud so many times, people looked at me funny. I LOVE this author, and will read anything she publishes. I'm pretty sure she can do no wrong.

Gwenvael, a dragon shifter, is sent by his sister-in-law, Queen Annlyn the Bloody, to talk to the Northlanders about a plot against her and her unborn twins. When he gets there, he is greeted by the famed and feared Beast of the Northlands, who turns out to be a rather plain and small 30 year old woman. Gwenvael falls over laughing and causes a diplomatic incident. He can't go back how without the information, so he has to ratchet up his charm and persuade the Beast to help him. Along the way, a hilarious love story unfolds.

I highly recommend reading this series in order.
