I enjoyed this one quite well for the more personal details. I did have one irritant right in the beginning. So, Eve needs to find the top surgeons in the city. She gets a random name of a place from a coroner type who professes not to know much about the high end surgery stuff, but throws out some name she knows. Eve, runs with it like it's gospel. Of course, Roarke is on the board. As is Dr. Mira, who she needs to see anyway about this very case. Instead of seeing Dr. Mira and leaving Roarke out of it, she bursts in on Roarke in the middle of a teleconference, demanding information that she could have gotten from anywhere. It was a lark that she got the name of the right place. THEN, she pretends to get pissed when he insists on helping her when it was HER who led him to the case to begin with! Seriously? Anyway, I'm still enjoying this series. It's nice brain vacation stuff, which, let's be honest, is a lot of what I've been reading lately anyway. For instance, see the next book I'm reading. /rolleyes
