This is hands-down my favorite series of all times. I am so glad my friend recommended this to me. I read all 9 books and although I wasn't too happy about the ending, especially the Fool and Fitz part, I loved the overall story.
Hobb has an amazing ability to draw you into her world. I couldn't put down the books so I read all nine one after another. After the first trilogy I was kind of scared to pick up the Liveship books but soon I fell in love with the characters. It was like a small break from the Buckkeep intrigues. When I finally got to the Tawny man books I was so eager to read them, I couldn't stop.
I love how Hobb portrays the characters and makes them alive. Fool is definitely my favorite character in the series. Also, the plot twists are so amazing, you never know what's coming next.
I wanted to give it 4 stars because I didn't like the ending, but I think it's not such a big deal, since she has created an amazing world and I am definitely going to read her other books aswell.
