I was looking for a Goudaist (cheese specialist for those of you who don't know) for my Franzia and Brie party and I stumbled upon this novel. I couldn't put it down. Reader beware, Fart is not a pale white soft cheese with many holes from Switzerland! The book didn't outline a technique to shave a Liederkranz block proper, but all in all, the book was a real toot!
