I can't express it into words, what Ellen Hopkins can do. She's unbelievable. A superhuman? I cannot disagree otherwise. To be honest, I'm usually not the person to cry in books. I didn't even cry in Impulse. (Heartless, yeah.) (view spoiler)[But as Tony began his eulogy holy crap I died. It was so beautiful and so perfect and oh my god. I wish Conner was still alive. Conner would've been amazing for who he really was. I wish someone would've known and helped him and I wish... Conner. Oh Conner. I died inside. The entire last few pages. It was so unbelievably beautiful and holy moley. (hide spoiler)]

Perfect was definitely perfect.
This book touches your heart. Poignant. and perfectly. I don't think I'll ever be the same.
