Interesting premise. The book presented a dystopia where a twisted interpretation of Islam dominates.

Resistance is Futile You apparently have a strange view of Catholics. Being a Catholic myself, I can certainly say that this does NOT represent my religion. It is so hateful of Muslims!

My apology. I only meant to point out the author's religious perspective but made a sweeping generalization of all Catholics instead. Thank you for pointing out the fallacy.
