I really liked the Bear shifters and this book got me back into the Halle Pumas series. The plot was interesting with a large cast of characgters but at times it was a little rough around the edges, as it hints at, leads up to but doesn't want to give away what will happen in the next book. I enjoy seeing the characters from the previous books though sometimes the scenes of goofing around and hanging out could be a bit briefer or do more to move the story forward. Certainly it was enjoyable enough for me to to order and start reading stories 3 -5 from Halle Pumas, which really is the best compliment I can give an author ---that I want to read more.
