it was amazing

I loved everything about this book except the ending. Do you like Apocalypse Now? Well this is the real literary equivalent of Apoc. Now - and in many ways, it's better. It takes you deep into the jungle, deep into the psyches of real Vietnam soldiers, and deep into the crazy realities and philosophies of conflict and warfare. On top of that, it has sex, drugs, and violence. Sweeeet.
