Okay, so there seems to have been a big fuss about this book and the story sounded really promising. So I bought it and decided to read it after I had finished Heaven. The original book - as the name of the author might suggest - is in Spanish. And I would love to read it in Spanish one day. Cause while the story itself was good, the translation was really bad and made reading the book quite the task sometimes. The translation was too close to the Spanish original, a problem given how different - at least to me - the Spanish and German sentence structures are. So it was more trying to imitate the Spanish language then telling the actual story. Many repetitions in words, weird German sentences and all spoiled the book a bit for me. Also the ending was rather weird ... I am not sure if there will be a second book here
