I thought this would be a great read for anyone who has studied this original text in depth. The choices that the artist made in his adaptation were perfect for a graphic novel. The choices made in drawing the characters of Grete, Father and Mother were spot on, especially the three boarders that come in later. This could also be a good read for someone who is unfamiliar with Kafka and wants a good place to start. I'd be interested to see some of Kuper's other work after reading this.
