Dr. Isabel Favor was on top of the world with a successful following for her books and lectures, a fiance, and financially fruitful until her life derails with her career taking a nose dive, her fiance leaving her for another woman, and her accountant skipping town. Isabel winds up in Italy to clear her head and find her next step in life when she ends up meeting Lorenzo "Ren" Gage a famous actor known for playing a villain. Ren finds himself pulled to Isabel and her frank talk along with her irresistible ability to look perfect, Ren would love nothing more than to mess her up a little with smooth talking and in his bed.

I thought this was pretty good, it has two separate story lines involving side characters that really took away from Ren and Isabel. I usually am a big fan of Susan Elizabeth Phillips but this one dragged for me.
