I generally like Sherryl Woods' books, and this one was a quick, entertaining read. I don't think it was as good as many of her books. I liked the setting on the Chesapeake Bay, and I enjoyed the "family dynasty" aspect of the story. The main character, Abby Winters, returns home after a broken marriage with twin daughters. She encounters Trace, her high school sweetheart and first love and they begin a relationship. This seems to be a trend in the book, as Abbie's parents, who have been divorced for many years also seem to be headed for reconciliation. This is the beginning of a series, and I'll probably read the rest of them.
