This one is interesting in that the narrative goes back and forth between investigators Betsy, who's laid up with a broken leg, and Godwin, taking over for her in the interview department, and the probable bad guy, who can't remember doing anything wrong. Another plus is a crow with a broken wing that Betsy is temporarily taking care of.
