As always, Malcolm Gladwell writes a thoroughly intriguing and well thought out book about how ideas and behaviors can spread. It doesn't work the way you think it would, which is the fascinating part.

The case studies are fascinating and despite critical points of view that his evidence is "too anecdotal", they ring very true. He makes his case in a way that anyone can understand simply by observing your own behavior.
