This book paints a vivid picture of life in polygamous compounds. I enjoy mysteries that also give me something new to think about. This was also my first Lena Jones mystery, and I liked her as a protagonist--both strong and vulnerable.

Melodie The Lena Jones books are all pretty good, though I've liked this one the best so far.

Kathleen Ernst I'll look for the others. I thought the personal arc in this story was going to end up somewhere that it didn't. :>) So I want to see how that all works out!
