I was hooked from the start. Ellen Hopkins uses vivid and lyrical imagery to take the reader on the roller coaster ride to nowhere that is Crank. I love the fact that Christina/Brea are written as is and not white-washed.
I also loved the devide that we saw in the personality-Brea. The addict does become another person often opting to rename the new persona.
This book has soooo very much to offer the reader. I would recommend this book to parents, teens, everybody.
A must read!
