When Did I Get Like This?: The Screamer, the Worrier, the Dinosaur-Chicken-Nugget-Buyer, and Other Mothers I Swore I'd Never Be

Very, very, very, very funny. Amy Wilson is a sometimes employed actress that has three children pretty close together. Her experiences with child rearing in downtown Manhattan are obviously different than most of ours but so hilarious you can still relate. I loved her account of trying to get her son into an exclusive preschool. She and her husband had to start the interview process when he just began walking. If you were going to write a humorous book about motherhood, this would be the one you would want to write. Minus the swearwords. Unless you like to swear, in which case, shame on you potty mouth! There was one chapter I would skip. Call me if you want to know. The chapter on husbands taking care of children made me laugh out loud and then call Krisette and make her laugh out loud. Look at her profile picture. It really isn't fair that Amy Wilson gets to be so funny, talented, beautiful and a great writer. Enjoy.

Stacy, it says in your review, I'm supposed to call you to find out which chapter to skip. However, when I called you; you told me to look at your review. I'm not really sure what kind of game you're playing here, but I'm on to you.
