Ariel did a wonderful job, and made you feel everything that was happening. From the strong bond between Evan and Rhys that went beyond brotherhood, to the pain and abuse that Takoda had gone through at the hands of a man who tried to call himself Dom and tried to say what he did was consensual. Rhys's struggle to get past the failure in his eyes almost broke your heart and Evan's courage and strength to help a friend at any cost, all the while dealing with his own feelings of what he wanted in life had you hoping he finds it.

Definitely something to read. Even if you're not into erotica or gay erotica at that, it's a good read for those who look down on the BDSM lifestyle or don't understand it. Not only does it explain the Dom and Sub's purpose and focus, but it teaches that the BDSM isn't just tying someone up and hitting them. It's about putting your trust into someone and letting them give you what you need and want. Maybe even experimenting and pushing you to see your limits if you trust that someone completely.

Anyone, Ariel Tachna did a wonderful job and I already know I'll be reading it again...and again. :)
