Man I ALMOST gave this 5 stars. Which I was looking forward to doing! Her last book, Die for You, did not captivate me like this book did. That book drove me insane because the characters were flat and boring and un-relatable.
Fragile, on the other hand, was an amazing story! The characters were real and I cared deeply for them. The story flowed and I was never ever bored.
As far as the plot went, I didn't see the twist coming about what really happened to Sarah. But, it seemed a little too perfect. How they made Tommy look like the victim for getting the crime pinned on him, but in the end it was all ok because he was going to kill Sarah anyway? Or even Maggie? WHAT? That bothered me. And that scene at the end where Maggie suddenly realizes that she could have fallen victim to Tommy. Again, tied up neatly with a bow and the good guys get to stay looking good.
I was also confused as to the side story with Charlie. The book would have been just as good without it. It didn't add anything.
This book was very entertaining despite its flaws!
