really liked it
bookshelves: 50-books-2010, sci-fi, young-adult

So, I gave it four stars, but if I could, I'd give it three and a half. It was a little more vulgar than I would have liked, but I loved the message of the book. It's sort of 1984ish, except part of society fights back against Big Brother. It's based in the near future when technology is everywhere. I was surprised and almost scared when I found out that a lot of the tech stuff mentioned in the book is actually real. It was kind of creepy. However, it's a fun read that's on the verge of young-adult and adult. Entertaining, yet has a message that makes you wonder if the world is really run the way it should be run.
