really liked it

I loved the Victorian setting and easy relate-ability of the main character.Gemma Doyle's power is alluring and wicked in a forbidden apple sense. Her discovery of her peculiar bloodline is riveting and her strong female outlook will keep you on her side on every page. The book also keeps a perfect balance of several of my favorite genres through out.
