I flew through this book! Sometimes the dialogue and main character's voice felt a little stiff, but I loved that the situation felt so realistic to me. I could really put myself in that situation and imagine what I would do. Hard to think about! I especially appreciated the characters--the way Miranda and her mom especially weren't perfect. The stress of the situation made them act in what I believe were realistic ways. Yeah, the world might be ending, but a teenager and her mother will still fight from time to time. :)
